How can I post internship positions? #
Follow the prompts on our internships posting page HERE. When inserting your internship posting information, make sure to be as specific as possible. Also, make sure you upload your company logo. If you are having any problems, contact us.
What happens after I post positions? #
Before posting a job you are prompted a payment dialog which charges based on the number of hires. Immediately after your payment is confirmed you get a call from us to be told your request for interns is being processed.
Our internal recruiting team helps you find the best interns however you can browse the talent index to shortlist applicants for a position. You get to shortlist 5 times the number of hires you had chosen while posting the position. Applicants can also individually apply to your position. If you decide to shortlist, you can pick an interview date through the platform and the candidates would send a shortlist approval if they agree to make it for the interview at chosen time.
What should my internship posting include? #
You should provide clear and detailed information about your internship opportunity. Remember, whenever there is a student involved, there is a family member involved. If you were explaining an internship to a student's parent and describing why it's a beneficial opportunity and what tasks their child would be doing, what would you say? THAT is what should go into the internship listing. Also, make sure the "company bio" section is filled in. This is an opportunity to educate students on who you are, what you do, and the type of clients that you work with. Assume that students are unfamiliar with your company. If the details are listed as "anonymous", how will a student know to apply? Also, take the opportunity to speak about any accomplishments, accolades, or press mentions. It's competitive out there and you want your listing to put something here stand out. Students are likely choosing between multiple internships. Give them a reason to select your company!
When will I start getting applicants? #
You could start getting applicants within 24 hours of posting your opportunity. The majority of our clients attract at least 1-10 qualified candidates within two weeks of posting their internships. After two weeks of posting, our team will check your account to see how it's going. At that point, if your listing needs more candidates, we'll do extra social promotion and work with your team (complimentary) to find you more applicants.
Do you interview applicants? #
For an extra charge, we can interview applicants for you. Please contact us for more details.
How many rounds of interviews do you recommend? #
We recommend employers conduct at least two rounds of interviews. This helps filter out candidates who aren't interested and makes the students take the process more seriously.
When do the interns start? #
You decide. They can start as soon as they are hired
Do I need to pay my interns? #
Internships can be paid, unpaid, or provide a stipend. The payment status needs to be specified on your job posting. If you have other questions about internship payment or tasks, please email us, we're happy to help.

How long until I hear back from an employer? #
Every employer is different and has their own recruiting process and/or timeline. We recommend that students apply for 5-10 internships on the website. If it's been two weeks and you haven't heard back from anyone, you might consider applying for more opportunities.
What happens when I apply to a position? #
When you apply to a position successfully, the employer gets it and decides to accept or reject. While the employer hadn't made a decision you would see a PENDING status on your application. When the employer accepts you for an interview you'd get a notification with the time for interview and the status of the application would change to INTERVIEWD. If you are not selected for the position your application status changes to REJECTED.
