venTEN is an IT solutions organization with focus in building software and managing IT projects. We need a skilled and smart young graduate to assist with the implementation and support of business information systems.Our ideal candidate is skilled at providing financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget. Salary: N70,000.00 gross for the first 4 months Upon satisfactory performance in these months, salary will be reviewed upwards. Salary will also be up for review 12 months after the initial review. Annual Incentive Annual profit share, subject to approval by the Board of Directors Benefits Plan Medical Insurance Plan after confirmation Pension contribution after confirmation

Responsibilities

• Assist with the process of developing business plans for clients to unlock value opportunities in their sectors.
• Assist in the development of financial models for business planning and investment appraisals to help engender better management decision making.
• Research and Analysis
• Support the development of industry intelligence and the smart adaptation of this intelligence to help solve client’s problems and take advantage of value opportunities.
• Drive the implementation of initiatives within Venten.
• Work with the business development team on initiatives and marketing activities designed to grow the business including contributing to the firm’s online blog, driving the business’ media channels, creating case studies, white papers, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and learning programs and other marketing related content development activities to support marketing and business development efforts.
• Client Relations/engagement - manage close relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelors degree Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Engineering or any related field.
• Between age 20-29 years
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
• Understanding of how businesses create value
• Understanding of quantitative models for business finance
