Position Description

A very active role working under the direction of the Site Manager and responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects to achieve cost and quality control as well as customer satisfaction. Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Salary: N40K-N50K Level of candidate: Pre-NYSC

Responsibilities

• Comply with Brickstone Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Procedures.
• Work with the Site Manager to supervise all sub-contractors.
• Co-ordinate sub-contractors and material deliveries.
• Schedule work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.
• Ensure working methods are performed correctly.
• Complete the relevant documentation on a periodic basis and encourage safe working practices on site.
• Complete all relevant inspections and documentation.
• Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by
• putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so
• Implementing change

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or Building
• Must be a graduate at the Pre-NYSC level
