Have u ever wonder when the best time of the year to book a hotel room is? Or the optimal length of stay in order to get the best daily rate? What if you wanted to predict whether or not a hotel was likely to receive a disproportionately high number of special requests? This hotel booking demand analysis can help you explore those questions. This dataset contains a single file which compares various booking information between two hotels. The aim of this project was to build a prediction models using various methods to classify a hotel booking’s likelihood to be cancelled. Nevertheless, due to the characteristics of the variables included in these datasets, their use goes beyond this cancellation prediction problem.
Data Scientist
Dream Housing Finance company deals in all home loans. The company wants to automate the loan eligibility process (real time) based on customer detail provided while filling online application form. Certain details were provided. To automate this process, they have given a problem to identify the customers segments, those that are eligible for loan amount so that they can specifically target these customers. By conducting exploratory data analysis on the data, then pre-processing, and finally testing with different models. I was able to predict those who will default and result in a loan charge off.
