Before making the switch to product design, I worked as a customer service representative for 2 years. My experience/background in customer service has really helped shaped my understanding of customer experience, behaviors, and emotions towards products as i try to adopt a User-centric approach during my design phases. I strive to better empathize with the users, to create memorable experiences, and not just design, but to design realistically with the user in mind.

Hometrack App: This is a real estate/property app  Specifically designed to cut out the Exorbitant Fees (10-15%) charged by agents for connecting Landlords/ Property owners to people who want to rent their properties. Worked and delivered the Personas and user stories, user flow diagrams, conceptual wireframes, a prototype app, usability test results, and a clean and modern visual design.

This Project is to design a minimum viable product for a Job Listing and Tracking Platform where users are able to search jobs, apply and track their applications. This was my first time working as part of the design team. I as part of team designed this product. I learn the importance of recognizing and focusing on various individual strength of team members during the design process in order to hasten he design process and make it as seamless as possible. I also learned the importance of feedback and keeping team members informed of individual progress.

The Doc Now app is a telemedicine product that allows you to schedule a virtual session with a doctor. I thought through the process and documented the possible functionalities the app would have, wrote user stories for each of the new features I stated and created clean and modern visual designs for them.
